Kravyn Privacy Policy

Kravyn is a social gaming platform for discovering squads, communicating with other players, and participating in squad lounges. This Privacy Policy explains how Kravyn handles information when you use the mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

• Account and profile information: email address, Firebase account identifier, username, optional profile image URL, selected avatar, game profile details, and account-verification status.
• Squad and activity information: squads you create or join, membership and invitation status, session details, game preferences, XP, ranks, badges, gifts, and other in-app activity needed to operate the service.
• User content: lounge chat messages, announcements, and reports submitted through Kravyn's moderation tools.
• Voice lounge information: when you explicitly join a voice seat, microphone audio is transmitted in real time to other lounge participants. Kravyn does not record or store voice conversations. We may process limited operational metadata, such as whether a participant is connected to a lounge, holds a voice seat, or has an active microphone, to run the live voice feature.
• Device and notification information: Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device or app-instance token so Kravyn can deliver service notifications such as squad invitations and activity alerts.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide squad discovery and lounge features, deliver live chat and voice communication, show profile and activity information to relevant users, send requested service notifications, moderate harmful content, prevent abuse, and maintain the reliability and security of Kravyn.

How Information Is Shared

Information you choose to make visible in Kravyn, including your username, avatar, game profile, squad membership, lounge chat messages, and live voice, is shared with other users as needed for the feature you use. We use service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the app, including Firebase for authentication and notifications and LiveKit for real-time voice communication. We do not sell personal information.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections for communications between the app and our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain account and service data only for as long as needed to provide Kravyn, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion from the app through Profile > Delete account. This removes your Kravyn profile and requests deletion of the associated Firebase account. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Children's Privacy

Kravyn is not directed to children below the minimum age required to use the service in their country or region. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date when we do.
